My Story

My fitness journey began over seven years ago, but it wasn't always easy. Like many people, I struggled with overeating, weight gain, and living a largely sedentary lifestyle. I knew I wanted to make a change, but I lacked the knowledge and direction to get there.

When COVID-19 hit, it became the turning point that finally kickstarted my fitness journey. Like countless others, I decided it was time to prioritize my health. However, in the beginning, I was completely lost. I didn't know how to train properly, understand nutrition, or set realistic expectations. I spent countless hours searching the internet, trying different methods, and comparing myself to people online who had spent years building their physiques.

Through years of trial and error, I began surrounding myself with experienced individuals who helped shape my understanding of fitness and nutrition. Over time, I learned that lasting results aren't built through shortcuts or extreme approaches. They come from consistency, education, and sustainable habits.

As I gained experience and transformed my own lifestyle, friends and family began asking me for advice, the same guidance I once desperately needed myself. That's when I realized my passion wasn't just fitness; it was helping others navigate the journey with the support and direction I never had.

This passion led me to create RDL Coaching. Today, I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and NASM Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC), helping individuals achieve their goals in weight management, muscle building, and long-term lifestyle change.

I firmly believe that in a world full of things beyond our control, our mental and physical health are among the most important things we can invest in. Heart disease remains the leading cause of death in the United States, affecting hundreds of thousands of lives each year. While we can't control everything life throws our way, we can take control of our health, habits, and future.
